Clinical oversight built into every placement
Psychology, therapy, and specialist assessment delivered on-site — embedded in the home, not accessed through a waiting list. Clinical rigour is the foundation of every support plan we hold.
Three disciplines, one integrated team
Clinical Psychology
Therapeutic Services
Specialist Assessment
On-site psychologists carry individual formulations, consult on complex presentations, and advise residential and education teams week to week — without external referral delays.
Trauma-informed therapists deliver individual and group work within the placement setting, so therapeutic progress is observed in context and reinforced by the wider care team daily.
Comprehensive assessments — cognitive, adaptive, sensory, and risk — are completed in-house at placement entry and reviewed as needs evolve, informing every decision in the multidisciplinary team.

A formulation, not a label
Before a placement begins, the clinical team builds a full formulation: what drives the young person's behaviour, what environments reduce risk, and what structured support enables progress.
That formulation is shared with residential, education, and care staff from day one. It is a live document — reviewed as the young person changes, not filed and forgotten.
Assess clinical fit for a specific young person
Our clinical lead is available to speak with commissioners and healthcare professionals before any referral is submitted. Contact us to discuss the young person's presentation and whether our provision is the right match.
